Human Rights Activist and Former Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, says the James Ibori loot should be given to students in Delta State.
The outspoken activist, who made this known in a statement today, urged students in Delta State to demand for the money.
“…They must demand that the £4.2m Ibori loot being repatriated from the UK must be spent on schools in the state instead of accepting to pay exorbitant school fees like the N150k being charged at Delta State University. It is your money,” he said.
Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami had said that the recovered loot will be used to complete some of the ongoing Federal Government projects across the nation.
