Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has said that if he had enough space in his community Rumuepirikom, he would have built the Nigerian Law School there and nothing would have happened.
Wike, disclosed this while reacting to statements by some stakeholders that it was wrong for him to have sited the project in Rumueme community, still in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
“If we had space, I would have brought the law school to Rumueprikom and nothing will happen,” he said.
He said the Rumueme people have been supportive of his administration and deserved the project.
Wike, also said no amount of criticism or blackmail will stop him from delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of Obio/Akpor LGA.
He said it is impossible for him to develop other local government areas leaving his own behind.
