Chief, Tony Okocha has reacted to the ruling of a state High Court which restrained him from parading as Caretaker Committee Chairman of the APC in Rivers state.
Okocha, shortly after the court proceedings Today, rejected the ruling noting that he remains the authentic Chairman of the party.
He vowed to appeal the ruling, adding that the matter might get to the Supreme Court.
He noted that the court has no right to determine who becomes chairman of a political party, as it is exclusively a party affair.
