Isaac Fayose, brother to former Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose, has strongly criticised suspended Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara for his recent visit to President Bola Tinubu.
In a video that has gone viral, Isaac accused Fubara of betraying public trust, claiming the embattled governor has gone to embrace his enemies. He described the meeting with the president and the accompanying photographs as a sign of weakness, expressing regret for supporting Fubara in the past.
“He has moved from being a governor to becoming a governor of pictures,” Isaac remarked in the video, describing Fubara’s actions as disappointing and self-serving.
The criticism comes amid ongoing political tensions surrounding Fubara’s suspension and his role in the unfolding power struggle within Rivers State.
