Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike says he has the Constitutional right to aspire to be president of Nigeria.
The Governor who made this known in a chat with Journalists in Port Harcourt, today, said his present interest is delivery of dividends of democracy to Rivers people.
He said despite the fact that he has not indicated interest to contest, it does not mean that he is not qualified.
Wike who noted that since December, he has been Commissioning projects in the state, said his detractors were behind the recent circulation of his posters, in Abuja.
Wike commended the president for appointing new service Chiefs, but berated him for saying that the security situation in the country has improved far beyond what he met in 2015.
