Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara says he appreciates the role played by the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike on his emergence as governor, but cannot worship him for that.
Fubara, made known when a delegation led by former military governor of the state, Diete Spiff and former Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson paid him a courtesy visit Today.
According to him, if failure to worship the former governor is a sin; so be it, adding that he cannot worship his fellow man.
He stated that all attempts by him to ensure peace reigns in the state have proved abortive, as the other party is not ready for peace.
Fubara also declared that the Martin Amaewhule-led state Assembly do not exist, and that they have continued to sit because he allowed it.
He revealed that he accepted the peace accord to give them a floating, adding that the accord is only political and not constitutional.
