Alleged notorious kidnapper, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike popularly known as Evans, has said that he is not a kidnapper but a businessman.
Evans, who told the court on Tuesday, that he deals on ornaments and Horlicks, also denied all allegations of kidnapping levelled against him by the Lagos State Government.
He explained that he accepted being a kidnapper under duress, after the police killed four individuals in his presence, in a bid to make him accept.
“I live at Fred Shoboyede Street, Magodo Phase II, Lagos. I am a businessman and I deal in ornaments and Horlicks. My lord, my name is not Evans and I don’t have a nickname,” he said.
