The Director-General of the All Progressives Congress Campaign Council in Opobo Nkoro local government area of Rivers State, Hon. Boma Brown has been reportedly kidnapped by suspected hoodlums.
Governorship candidate of the party, Arc. Tonye Cole disclosed this during an interview with journalists in Opobo Today.
According to him, the chairman was whisked away when hoodlums attacked them during the party’s campaign rally in Opobo.
He noted that they would not leave Opobo until Hon. Brown is released, noting that they are doing everything possible to rescue him.
Meanwhile the Police is yet to react to the alleged attack on the APC campaign train.
