Today the Caretaker State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Rivers State, Hon. Chukwuemeka Aaron inaugurated the 5423 ward executives of the party, across the 319 wards in Rivers State.
In his speech, Hon. Aaron charged them to remain dedicated, loyal and productive to the party and its affairs. He thanked them for their cooperation throughout the process of the Ward and Adhoc Delegate congress in the state, as they purchased forms and were duly voted in by their people, following the precepts of the Constitution of the PDP.
He urged them to continue in the same vein, ahead of the Local Government Area congresses slated to hold tomorrow, to elect the Executives at the Local Government level. He thanked them for their continued commitment and faith in the party, which has made it formidable in the State, adding that they should go home and prepare as they are all delegates at the congress slated to hold tomorrow, in line with the guidelines of the party.
Hon. Chukwuemeka Aaron while congratulating them for emerging executives of the party at wards across the State, stated that the people who will conduct the congress tomorrow, sent by the National Working Committee of the party, will arrive in time for the congress and it will be peaceful as the Ward Congresses which elected the officers being inaugurated today, so there is no cause for alarm.
