Actress and Activist, Hilda Dokubo is enraged that the legislative and judicial arms of the Nigerian government, amid all the challenges rocking the country, have decided to embark on a break.
Hilda Dokubo took to her Instagram page today, to stage an online protest, asking Nigerians to engage National Assembly members and ask them to GET BACK TO WORK.
Hilda in addressing this issue said: “How did we end up with this bunch of fraudulent people at every level of governance”
“Your country is in turmoil and you have the temerity to go on break?”
She drew attention to the crises in Southern Kaduna, the unending Boko Haram challenge, and unaccounted funds at the North East Development Commission, NEDC and the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC.
In her opinion, assembly members work for the citizens and as such must carry out their core responsibilities to Nigerians. While calling for assembly members to return to work, she said: “you don’t take my money and bullcrap me”.
