Rivers state governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has hailed former Rivers Deputy Governor and senator representing Rivers West senatorial district, Ipalibo Harry Banigo, for her effective representation.
Fubara commended the lawmaker for her passion to improving healthcare delivery, during the inauguration of the Kingdom Mandate Initiative’s Health Insurance programme, by Banigo for the Rivers West senatorial district, in Ahoada on Monday.
The Governor who was represented by his deputy, Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu, stated that the state had already inaugurated the State Health Insurance Scheme, which currently covers 70% of our local government areas.
On her part, Sen. Banigo commended the governor for his achievements in the health sector since he assumed office.
