A headless body of an unidentified man has been discovered inside the Ntawogba River by Cherubim Road in Mile 3, Port Harcourt.
An Eyewitness in a statement said the body was discovered by residents of the area, Today.
He said the body was dumped inside the River in a truck used by scavengers.
According to him one arm was also cut off and that the deceased is fair in complexion.
The Rivers State Police Command is yet to react to the incident.
