Public Affairs Analyst and Executive Director of Youths and Environment Advocacy Centre, Fyneface Dunamene Fyneface in partnership with Amb. Solomon Ndigbara yesterday donated education materials to Bira Memorial Grammar School, Bori in Khana LGA of Rivers state.
Mr. Dunamene disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday.
Fyneface during the donation admonished the students to be peaceful and take their studies seriously to attract more donations from members of the public.
He said “…Today, I was invited and I had memorable moments with HIGH CHIEF (AMB) SOLOMON NDIGBARA, JP and UNITED NATIONS AMBASSADOR OF PEACE with UN Ambassador of Peace Representative in Nigeria and some Council of Chiefs’ Members as he led his team and Foundation to donate exercise books and other educational materials to students and management of Bira Memorial Grammar School (BMGS), Bori in Khana LGA and Community Secondary School, Bua-Yeghe in Gokana LGA. More collaborative sensitisation and engagements are ahead!
The initiative is part of measures to promote quality education for students in Rivers State and in line with the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4).
