Mother of Grammy award winning Nigerian Singer, Burna Boy, Bose Ogulu has described as false, reports that his son received over a N100 million from the Rivers State Government.
Bose in a chat with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu over the weekend, said her son did not receive any money from the state government to appear at the concert.
She said while other artistes were paid, the Grammy winner got nothing because he was the one that was being honored.
There were reports been circulated on social media platforms that the singer, was paid over a N100 million to appear at the concert.
Meanwhile, artistes that performed at the show, were gifted N10 million each by the state government.
