Member, representing Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. O.K. Chinda has alleged that the take over of RSIEC by Police was stage-managed by Gov. Sim Fubara.
Chinda, stated this in a Joint-Press briefing on Friday, saying the Governor is trying to create a drama and play victim.
In the same press conference, Chief OCJ Okocha also added that Paragraph 7 of the judgement delivered by the Federal High Court restrained the conduct of the Oct 5th LG elections as any contrary action is an affront to the judgement of the court.
