The ten thousand civil service jobs promised youths of the state by the Rivers State Government under the previous administration would finally not see the light of the day as Governor Sim Fubara has announced cancellation of the recruitment process.
Governor Fubara, during a question and answer session shortly after he delivered his account of stewardship on Wednesday, said he cancelled the process because it was flawed and compromised.
Fubara added that a more transparent process would soon commence.
