GRAND FINALE: PARADE/WREATH LAYING:
Date: Wednesday, January 15, 2025
Venue: Isaac Boro Park, Port Harcourt.
Time: 10:00 AM
His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara GSSRS, Governor of Rivers State, will lay the wreath at the Isaac Boro Park Cenotaph, supported by the Deputy Governor, Speaker Rivers State House of Assembly, Chief Judge of Rivers State, the Service Chiefs, Chairman of Traditional Rulers Council, Chairman of the Nigerian Legion and Representative of Families of Fallen Heroes.
