The People’s Democratic Party in Rivers State, says its leader and Governor of the state, Nyesom Wike instructed them to receive fellow presidential hopeful Peter Obi, as he is one of them.
Chairman of the party in the state, Amb. Desmond Akawor disclosed this in a statement on Twitter, shortly after receiving Obi in Port Harcourt.
According to Akawor, the governor said, Obi is one of the few Presidential aspirants that has passion for development.
“Our Leader Governor Nyesom Wike instructed us to receive Peter Obi because he is one of us and one of the very few Presidential aspirants that has passion for development,” Akawor said.
