Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has reportedly donated twenty-five brand new buses to the Cross River State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party for campaigns.
Governorship candidate of the party in Cross River, Sen. Sandy Onor disclosed this when PDP candidates for the State and National Assembly elections visited the governor on Wednesday in Port Harcourt.
Onor revealed that they were in the state state to commend Gov. Wike for standing with them when Governor, Ben Ayade defected to the All Progressives Congress.
He assured Wike of their support in the fight for justice and equity in the party.
Sources say the governor commended the candidates for the visit and revealed that no one can stop him from fighting for equity and justice in the party.
According to him, no geo-political zone is allowed to dominate the party.
