Rivers State Governor SIMINIALAYI fubara today stalled his impeachment plot by some lawmakers of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
24 lawmakers numbering had allegedly attempted to impeach the governor when the governor arrived. He challenged those that want to impeach him to say why they want him impeached He said Rivers State would resist any attempt to impeach him.
The governor while proceeding to the Assembly in company’ of thousands of youths including two lawmakers, Edison Ehie and Oko Jumbo were teargassed by some Security operatives.
