Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has promised to improve the capacity of the state workforce.
National President of the Nigeria Institute of Management, Dr. Mrs. Christiana Atako said this during a chat with journalists after a meeting with the state governor.
According to her, the governor showed enthusiasm in building the capacity of the state workforce and they promised to partner with him to achieve the goal.
