Gov. Sim Fubara, has reportedly suspended the Caretaker Committee Chairman of Akuku-Toru Local Government Council, Hon. Barrister Otonye Briggs with immediate effect.
The Governor has also appointed Hon. Bitebobo Nelson Amieye to take over the affairs of the council, directing Briggs to hand over all council properties in his possession to the new C.T.C chairman.
