Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has released the sum of N315 million as compensation to the Port Harcourt Water Corporation, PHWC.
The Managing Director of the Port Harcourt Water Corporation, who is also the Project Director, Chief Ibibia Walter, disclosed this in a statement at the Corporation’s headquarters in Port Harcourt, Today
Ibiba expressed gratitude to the Governor for the kind gesture.
The Port Harcourt Water Supply and Sanitation Project is a third Urban Water Reform Program.
The project is owned and executed by the Rivers State Government with a $200m credit from the African Development Bank (AFDB).
