The Rivers State Commissioner for Information, Hon. Joe Johnson says Governor, Sim Fubara is incharge of the affairs of the state and not been controlled by anyone.
Johnson who made this known in a statement Today, said Fubara being the Chief Executive of the state cannot be controlled by anyone.
According to him, Fubara still respects his predecessor and calls him his “Oga.”
He described the feud as disagreement between a father and son adding that efforts are on to reconcile both factions.
