Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara on Tuesday, donated a permanent secretariat to the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), Eastern Zone.
Presenting the document of the secretariat to the Executive and members of IYC in Port Harcourt, Governor Fubara, represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Tammy Danagogo, urged them to continue to support his administration and to always toe the path of peace.
The group commended the governor for the kind gesture, and for his peaceful disposition.
