Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has honoured Dr Stanley Kotey Pepple with the rank of Captain following his successful completion of a prestigious Command Training in London.
Pepple, a native of Bonny Local Government Area, previously served as a Senior First Officer in the state’s fleet. With this new qualification, he is now certified to command and operate aircraft from the left cockpit seat.
This achievement reflects Governor Fubara’s commitment to enhancing the aviation expertise of Rivers State indigenes.
