Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has commissioned the Newly built Naval Training Command in Ebubu-Eleme LGA of the state.
Gov. Fubara commissioned the facility alongside the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla.
The facility was built by the Rivers State Government and donated to the Nigerian Navy.
