Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara on Saturday commissioned a 24 self-contained duplex corpers lodge built by Chairman of Opobo/Nkoro LGA, Hon. Enyimba Cookey-gam.
The event took place at the Opobo Reclamation Sand-filled Arena (Phase 1) Opobo/Nkoro council.
Represented by the Commissioner for Local Government Affairs, Hon. Charles Beke, Governor Fubara lauded Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Enyiada Cookey-Gam , DSSRS, for constructing a facility that significantly reduces the state’s burden of accommodating NYSC members.
“The Chairman has completed many projects, but this 24 duplex corpers lodge impresses me the most as it eases the state government’s burden. Support him for higher positions because he has performed marvelously well,” Fubara said.
