Global Organisation of Oriented Group Language of Earth (GOOGLE) has reacted to the ongoing #EndSARS protest by Nigerians across the country.
GOOGLE in a tweet on Thursday supported the #EndSARS protest while expressing their stance against oppression, intimidation, and brutality of any kind
Google noted that a fair and impartial police unit is a very important element of a stable society and called for a speedy resolution to the current challenge.
The statement by Google reads: “We strongly oppose oppression, brutality & intimidation. We believe a fair and impartial police force is a critical element of a stable society, & that abuse of power infringes on people’s democratic & human rights. We urge a speedy resolution to the current situation. #EndSARS.”
