The comedy movie produced by Funke Akindele in 2020, has been announced as Nollywood’s highest-grossing movie of all time.
Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria (CEAN), disclosed this in a Statement on Tuesday.
The association also stated that the movie, since its release has grossed over N468,036,300.
“Omo Ghetto’ has officially broken a four years record by knocking off Kemi Adetiba’s 2016 Comedy movie, The Wedding Party,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, friends and colleagues of the actress have taken to social media to congratulate her.
