Members of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, IPMAN, are currently protesting in Port Harcourt, over alleged Police compromise with Tanker Drivers to takeover their duty.

The group also alleged that so many of their members are currently in Police custody, and are demanding their immediate release from detention.

The protesters are marching to Government House to lodge their complaint.

This comes hours after the industrial action by Tanker Drivers which resulted in fuel scarcity in the state was called off.
