Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has vowed to sack Caretaker Committee Chairmen who fail to empower their people.
Governor, Fubara who was represented by factional Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly made this known during an empowerment programme by the Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Darlington Orji at the weekend.
He urged the chairmen to prioritize the welfare of the people and ensure they deliver the dividends of democracy.
