PORT HARCOURT — Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, attended a special worship, prayer, and thanksgiving service at Salvation Ministries Headquarters in GRA, Port Harcourt, on Sunday.
Accompanied by top politicians, stakeholders, and elders of the state, the governor expressed gratitude to God for His guidance amid ongoing political challenges.
Dignitaries in attendance included Chief of Staff Dr. Edison Ehie, former Senate President Pro-Tempore and Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide President-General Senator John Azuta Mbata, former PDP Deputy National Chairman Dr. Sam Sam Jaja, and several other political and community leaders.
The service, led by the church’s Presiding Pastor, David Ibiyeomie, centered on the theme “Living a Blessed Life,” drawn from Genesis 1:28. The session featured worship, scriptural exhortations, and prayers for peace and progress in Rivers State.
A special prayer was also offered for Governor Fubara at the conclusion of the service.
