The Federal Road Safety Commission in Rivers State, says it is working with Construction Companies to ease traffic in the state.
FRSC Commandant in the state, Salisu Galadunci disclosed this in a statement in Port Harcourt, on Monday, in commemoration of the United Nations Road Safety Week.
He said the Command has been meeting with Construction Companies to ensure that their work do not cause traffic or put road users at risk.
Galadunci, cautioned motorists in the state, not to drive above 30 kilometers per hour in urban areas.
He said the command is doing everything necessary to ensure road safety in the state.
