The Federal Road Safety Corp in Rivers State, has vowed to clampdown on motorists using old plate numbers in the state.
The agency, in a statement today, said a lot of motorists are still using old plate numbers, despite series of warnings.
It frowned at the refual of motorists to collect their drivers license, adding that a large number of licences are left uncollected in their office.
The statement, advised those whose drivers licence have expired and are yet to get one, to visit their office and get them.
It also explained that driving without license is a crime and anyone caught in the act, would be dealt with.
