The Rivers State Government has denied claims that its Fuel Subsidy Palliative Buses are for civil servants alone.
State Commissioner of Transport, Jacobson Nbina during the inauguration of the 17 buses in Port Harcourt today said they are for Rivers people including students.
According to him, the initiative has shown that the new administration care about people of the state.
He commended the state governor for the initiative.
