A four-year-old child identified as Giovanni Moses has been declared missing in Etche local government area of Rivers State.
A Facebook user identified as ita Faith made this known in a post at the weekend.
Her statement reads,
My Nephew was last seen yesterday at around past 3pm at Umuazu stream road,igboh etche,Rivers state, wearing a brown shirt and short.
He’s 4 years old.
