Four persons have been reportedly killed in Emughan community in Abua/Odua local government area of Rivers state following the killing of four military officers by heavily armed men in the area few weeks ago.
An indigene of the area, John Clark made this known in a chat with journalists on Wednesday.
According to him, since the incident which led to the killing of soldiers and the abduction of two expatriates, indigenes of the community have been living in bushes as they were ordered out of the area by the military.
He said people have been surviving without food and water in bushes with no hope of returning to their homes anytime soon.
He urged the military to be professional and collaborate with the people to help fish out the suspects.
