Four persons have reportedly lost their lives in a stampede in Port Harcourt.
Popular Port Harcourt journalist, Allwell Ene said the incident occurred during a programme organized by Kings Assembly to gift members of the public some items.
He said the stampede was a result of mismanagement, adding that the crowd wanted to receive the items at once.
“Black Saturday in Port Harcourt Four die in stampede,” he said.
“Kings Assembly invited members of the public to come for gift items. Massive crowd turn up. Crowd mismanagement. They all wanted to go in at once,” he added.
