Former Rivers State Local Government Chairmen, have accused the State Governor, Sim Fubara of disobeying the Supreme Court ruling on LG autonomy with his continuous running of councils with CTC Chairmen.

Former Chairman of PHALGA, Allwell Ihunda in a statement on Friday, accused the governor of promoting illegal committees whose actions are tearing the state apart.

He called on the Police to enforce the Supreme Court ruling by stopping the activities of the CTC Chairmen.

On his part, former Chairman of Emohua LGA, Chidi Lloyd said if Fubara continues to disobey the Supreme Court Ruling they will go back to the councils and continue their administration.
