The United Arab Emirates has presented 50 tonnes of relief materials to the federal government to support flood victims.
According to NTA, the relief materials were received by government officials from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
Salem Alshamsi – UAE Ambassador to Nigeria handed over the items on behalf of President, Sheikh Mohamed Al Nahyan.
Dr. Ahmed Dunoma, Permanent Secretary of Nigeria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, expressed gratitude on behalf of President Bola Tinubu.
