Emohua Local Government Council is set to distribute humanitarian aids to flood victims in the area.
Bright Jossy-Elendu, Chief Press Secretary to the council chairman, Hon. Chidi Lloyd made this known on Friday.
According to him, the act is to cushion the effect of the flood disaster in the affected communities.
“Emohua local government is set to distribute humanitarian aids to flood ravaged communities; Imogu in Rumuekpe (ward 8) and Agba, in Rundele ( ward 7) all in Emohua local government area,” he said.
“The humanitarian aids provided by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd to cushion the effect of the flood disaster in the affected communities is in fulfillment of the council chairman’s promise to victims of the natural disaster during his visit to the flood ravaged communities in the LGA few days ago,” he added.
