Fire has gutted the popular Etche Waterside at the Borokiri axis of Port Harcourt.
The incident occurred today, while residents were celebrating Christmas.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
Sources says properties worth millions were destroyed.
This is the tenth fire incident recorded in Port Harcourt in recent time.
