Property worth millions have been destroyed by fire at Mbonu street D/line, Port Harcourt.
A resident of the area said the fire was caused by a gas explosion from a supermarket in the area.
He said more valuables would have been lost in the fire if not for the effort of residents to put it out as firefighters arrived late despite early calls.
