Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has directed the Commissioner of Power and the newly elected Chairman of Khana Local Government Area to ensure the electrification of all Communities, within the next five months.
The Governor, gave the directive during a reception held in his honor by Ogoni ethnic nationality in Bori, on Saturday.
Wike urged leaders of Ogoni to come together and fight crime and Criminality in the area, as Ogoni is an important part of the state and Nigeria at large.
He also charged the newly elected chairmen of Tai, Eleme, Khana and Gokana local government areas, to carryout legacy projects that will enhance the development of their respective areas.
He assured residents of the State that his administration will continue to develop every part of the state, as no project will be left uncompleted.
