Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike has taken a swipe at the Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara describing him an as illiterate over his comments on the jurisdiction of the Federal High court to entertain suit on the crisis rocking the state Assembly.
Gov. Fubara had in a statement said the Federal High Court lacks the jurisdiction to entertain the matter.
Reacting, during a function in Port Harcourt, on Saturday, Wike said they never knew the governor was an illiterate.
According to him, the FHC has the jurisdiction to entertain the matter, adding that it is a shame the governor does not know.
He stated that he will continue to approach the court to resolve issues without castigating any judge not minding if the ruling favors him or not.
