The Federal Government has announced that its Special Public Works (SPW) programme across the 774 Local Government will kick-start today.
Special Assistant on Media to the Hon. Minister of State for Labour and Productivity, Tunde Moshood disclosed this in a chat with journalists yesterday.
Moshood who noted that the commencement of the programme will be declared by Festus Keyamo in Delta State.
said the programme will be officially launched on November 6 2020.
“Yes, it is going ahead. November first is Sunday, so there can’t be an official lunch on Sunday” he stated.
