The Police in Rivers State, says an English pistol and other items were recovered from suspected tricycle robbers, Steve Green and Adaugo Darlington, who pretends to be pregnant.
Spokesperson of the state command, DSP Grace Iringe-Koko made this known in a statement shortly after their arrest on Sunday.
According to her, the suspects were arrested at the Eneka axis of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
She stated that the command is working tirelessly to ensure the arrest of fleeing members of the gang.
DSP. Koko revealed that the state commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday has ordered a full investigation into the matter, and that the suspects will be charged to court in no time.
