Today, the Federal High Court, sitting in Port Harcourt, struck out the suit which PDP filed against the House of Assembly Candidates of the SDP.

The Court held that it had no Jurisdiction, as one party, the PDP, cannot peep into the internal affairs of another party, the SDP.

So far, the SDP has won all the cases the PDP brought against it remaining only one, the one against Magnus’ candidature which has been heard and adjourned indefinitely for Judgement. That case is likely to be similarly fated.

The attempt to use the Court to stop Magnus from being Gov will fail, SPECTACULARLY, as did all previous efforts against him.

Let there be rejoicing in Rivers State.
