The Federal Government has declared Friday, June 6, and Monday, June 9, 2025, as public holidays to commemorate this year’s Eid-ul-Adha celebration.
The announcement was made by the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, through an official statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Magdalene Ajani. The government also extended its congratulations to the Muslim faithful in Nigeria and around the world on the occasion of the religious festival.
